Layaway fee is $50 per month, per unit ( this is about $1.66 per day storage fee)

Layaway is only available for purchases over $300

You have 24 hours to pay the 20% deposit via a fee-less method such as Venmo (between friends) or CashApp. QR codes below.  Paypal does not allow us to accept feeless payments. If you prefer to pay with a method that charges a fee, we will add that fee onto your layaway total. 

After the deposit is paid, we will mark the item(s) as "ON LAYAWAY" from the site(s).

payments are due weekly on Friday. $10 late payment charge will be added to balance if payment is not made by Friday 11:59pm EST

we do not send reminders. Remembering to make your payment is your responsibility.

if a payment is not made current, including late fees, after 30 days, you forfeit all payments and the property will be made available for sale, at the full price.

All layaway payments and deposits are non-refundable
